Abstract
Introducing artificial technology introduced into the workplace has been met with many people back and forth when it comes to its importance, and the impact on the current workforce. Although the introduction of employee AI emphasizes a lot when it comes to benefits, it also brings an element of inefficiency. Over the years a large number of people have reportedly lost their jobs due to the installation of AI in their companies. This is the kind of pressure that creates fear in its implementation. Through communication, it brings many concerns regarding the development of this technology. However, this should not prevent users from seeing the value and development AI has brought to our businesses. Raising the question of whether the introduction of artificial intelligence is a good thing or not
