Abstract

The increasing demand for electrical energy and depletion of conventional energy resources have encouraged the development of renewable energy systems. Solar photovoltaic (PV) technology is one of the most efficient and eco-friendly renewable energy sources used for electricity generation. The proposed project titled “Stand Alone PV System” is designed to generate electrical power independently using solar energy without connection to the main electrical grid. The system consists of solar photovoltaic panels, charge controllers, batteries, inverters, and load management units. Solar energy is converted into electrical energy using photovoltaic cells and stored in batteries for continuous power supply. The stand alone PV system is especially useful in remote areas where grid electricity is unavailable or unreliable. The system provides clean, reliable, and sustainable electrical power for residential, industrial, agricultural, and commercial applications. The proposed system reduces dependence on fossil fuels, minimizes environmental pollution, and promotes green energy utilization. The implemented system is reliable, efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly.
