Abstract

The article presented addresses the tragedy "Romeo and Juliet" written by William Shakespeare. William Shakespeare showed that love is capable of defeating all the evil in this world, so salvation is love. At the same time, however, sometimes individuals need to sacrifice a lot for the sake of love and peace. In our time, this tragedy remains relevant, as the theme of love is eternal.
