Abstract
It is most effective for children to learn a second foreign language method, USA, Japan, and Singapore experience. The child is also safe and secure feel protected and speak their mother tongue as a second language outside of school a practice that helps them learn in a completely natural way as they learn effective foreign language learning to children through methodologies, online and traditional lessons teaching methods.
